Community Sports allows families of all walks of life to come together and work towards a common cause. Football is the best example of this. A team is only successful if every member of the team is working towards the same goal. Regardless of the position, everyone on a football team has a role to play. Trust the process and good things will happen.
Our recent history on the field is proof of this. In 2018 the Warriors was represented Final or Semi-Final in every division of Football. Our Atom (under-10) team won the VMFL championship. Pee Wee (under-12) was a semi-finalist for the VMFL. Junior Bantam (under-14) & Midget (under-19) were Provincial semi-finalists. Bantam (under-16) were the PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. Not to be out done, our Cheerleading Squad were back to back VMFL Spirit Award. The 2019 Spring Flag also saw the Warriors have a team in the top 5 in every division and come home with two more Provincial Championships at U10 & U16.
We also take pride in watching our players succeed after they leave our Warriors Program. In 2019, 11 former Warriors will be attending Universities throughout North America. Of that 11, 6 former players will be receiving scholarships for a variety of sports. Another former Warriors was drafted by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in this year’s CFL Draft. These players have gone through our program and are example of Hard Work Paying Off.
Our Warrior Families are AMAZING! Throughout the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley their support is endless and they wear their Warrior colours with pride. They have trusted us with their prize possessions. They support not only their children but the entire team and program. Without their support, the Warriors program would not be as successful as it is now.
We will continue to grow as a family. We continue to succeed as one group. We will continue to help you boys and girls become GREAT MEN and WOMEN!
